研究方向聚焦于真核生物转录调控相关复合物的结构与功能研究,特别关注与肿瘤发生发展密切相关的、调控转录活性的重要蛋白质复合物。迄今,以并列/第一作者或者通讯作者在Nature、 Science、 Nature Structural & Molecular Biology、 Cell Research、 Nature Communications、 PNAS 等国际高影响力期刊发表研究论文数十篇。研究工作得到国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目等资助,入选上海市浦江人才计划。
研究组将围绕“非编码RNA的动态特征与功能机制”这一核心,开展以下三个层次的研究:首先,在多尺度上解析其转录与加工的动态特征;其次,揭示其参与形成的功能网络与调控机制;最终,基于上述发现,致力于开发基于RNA的精准诊断方法与治疗靶点。
