  • 中国科学技术大学学士、康奈尔大学博士,中盛溯源生物科技有限公司联合创始人、首席技术官(CTO)。主要研究内容:利用重编程、定向分化、和基因修饰等技术。开发hiPSC来源细胞药物开发,参与承接科技部十三五和十四五国家重点研发计划《干细胞制剂及应用的标准化研究》和《干细胞及相关产品质量控制及评价技术》,建立中国人群超级供体”hiPSC库、参与起草国内首个《人诱导多能干细胞》标准、完成临床级hiPSC建库质量复核。20229月首个iPSC来源间充质样细胞治疗产品“NCR100注射液”获得国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心的临床试验默示许可。

    研究领域:

  • 1. hiPSC向体节中胚层细胞分化,开发iMSC等细胞治疗产品;

    2. hiPSC向血液谱系分化,开发iNK等肿瘤免疫治疗产品;

    3. hiPSC向特定神经祖细胞分化,开发面向帕金森等神经退行性疾病的细胞治疗产品。
