  • 学习经历

    1984年毕业于甘肃农业大学；

    2000年由西北农林科技大学与中国科学院昆明动物研究所联合培养，获博士学位；

    2000年至2002年在中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所从事博士后研究；

    2002年，任中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所副研究员；

    2004年至2005年，在美国内布拉斯加大学医学中心作高级访问学者，2007年任研究员。

     

    工作经历

    2002年5月至2017年6月其间，历任中国科学院生命科学与生物技术局业务主管（主持工作）、副处长（主持工作）、农业基地办主任（处长）、院农办副主任；中国科学院科技促进发展局副局长职务，分管生物技术、生物资源和农业科技工作；

    2017年9月至2019年6月，任中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院党委副书记（主持工作）、副院长；

    2019年7月至2021年12月，任中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院党委书记、副院长；

    2022年1月起，任中科院广州生物医药与健康研究院党委书记（法定代表人）、副院长。

     

    研究领域：

  • 潜伏病毒的感染与激活机理及相关免疫代谢。

     

           病毒潜伏感染是引发肿瘤和对众多传染性疾病难以根治的源头。人体感染这类病毒后，病毒即形成免疫逃逸并在体内长期潜伏，不能被抗病毒药物清除。机体免疫低下时病原体会再次激活从而引发相关疾病和肿瘤，根治的关键在于清除潜伏病毒库。

           研究组针对EB病毒感染的慢性活动性淋巴细胞症（CAEBV）和嗜血细胞症（HLH）等，建立了人微量淋巴细胞永生化建立细胞系的新方法，建立了CAEBV病人来源的T与NK细胞系；发现EB病毒潜伏膜蛋白1（LMP1）通过蛋白酶体途径促进RIG-I信号通路降解和抑制干扰素β分泌的新机制；鉴定发现其中主要发挥调控作用的micorRNA，正解析病毒建立和维持潜伏感染的机制以及筛选激活病毒库与清除的药物。负责牵头申请建设可解析病原与宿主细胞相互作用轨迹的“十四五”细胞谱系大科学研究设施项目。获省部级二等奖1项，三等奖3项，国家发明专利近10项。在相关国际刊物发表SCI论文50余篇。
