  • 2011年毕业于中国科学技术大学,获得博士学位;毕业后加入中国科学院广州生物医药与健康研究院,历任助理研究员,副研究员,研究员,课题组长,博士生导师。

    研究领域:

  • RNA被认为是生命演化过程中出现最早的生物大分子,孕育地球生命的发生和发展。哺乳动物细胞基因组被广泛转录,其中1-2%的区域编码蛋白质,其余产生了大量的所谓基因组中的“暗物质”-非编码RNA。这些RNA在细胞命运的调控中行使着重要的功能如调控基因转录,信号转导,翻译等等。除此之外,新冠大流行极大地推进了mRNA治疗相关方面的发展,提供了人类对抗疾病/病原的一个新途径。本课题组围绕以上科学问题,重点关注以下研究方向:

    (1)利用化学生物学手段开发RNA-蛋白互作研究的新方法、新技术

    (2)RNA-蛋白相互作用在细胞命运转变、病理和生理条件下的功能和机制

    (3)利用RNA相关技术实现对疾病的治疗和预防
